We are an award winning team based in San Francisco who works together to get our clients results they want! Our independent and hand-picked trainers focus on your training program and create workouts for you to follow when you're on your own. Our Registered Dietitian and Certified Exercise Physiologist will work with you on your nutrition to get you to the next level. All of our clients follow the WholeBody Reboot meal plans which are integral part of your broader program with the goals of helping you make long-term changes.
About TRAINER SF
We are a team of independent and hand-picked Trainers supported by a Certified Exercise Physiologist and a Registered Dietitian who work together to get you results! We also have additional health practitioners who provide continuing education and resources as needed.
While most of our clients want to tone up, lose weight and gain muscle mass, we work with people at all levels, from professional athletes to people just starting out with exercise.
Our trainers are personable, smart, fun and outgoing. They each come with various backgrounds and experiences with training. They will listen to your needs and goals to continually check in to ensure that you're making progress, one step at a time.
Together we will push you, but we won't yell at you! :)

Training and Nutrition Programs
At TRAINER SF we want you to get results, and the only to increase your lean body mass and decrease your percent body fat is to follow a nutrition plan that supports your training program. Whether you want to lose, maintain or gain weight, nutrition is key component to your success. This is why we offer programs that combine nutrition and training.
We offer 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, 9-month and 1-year programs.
If you selected the 3 month training and nutrition program you would get a goal setting session, your training sessions, 3 body composition assessments and a nutrition program (see below):

Goal Setting Session
30 minute session to discuss your goals and health history
1-day per week: 10 personal training sessions
2-days per week: 20 personal training sessions
3-days per week: 30 personal training sessions
5-days per week: 50 personal training sessions
Body composition assessments
You will get 3 body composition assessments using the Tanita segmental body composition monitor.

This team of dedicated and passionate trainers will lead you through training sessions and ensure you are making progress towards your goals. We'll work with you to select the right trainer for your goals and experience with training. Get Started Training Program
If you're an OMpower members, you can take that first step and get closer to your goals! The Get Started Training Program is perfect if you're looking to jump start your training routine, or if you would like to try out personal training.
Both the 3 and 6 personal training packages include a 30 min initial assessment with our exercise physiologist to discuss your goals, training background, injuries and health history. Exercise prescriptions needed from your physician or physical therapist will determined during your assessment.
This training package is available for first time clients and can only be purchased one time. Sessions are 50 minutes.
