About Jamie

With a passion for fitness and years of experience and knowledge, I am here to give you the results you want. My goal as your personal trainer is to enhance your health and well being through fitness and exercise.

Much of my skills come from years of training in the gym, pool, or outdoors. Throughout college I have competed in swimming and water polo. From there I transitioned to the gym where I began my bodybuilding career. I also do a lot of training outdoors where I compete in big events such as full marathons and open water swims such as the Escape Alcatraz swim.

 

My Approach 

We will begin with an initial consultation where we will go over your goals you wish to accomplish. I will take resting measures such as Blood Pressure and Heart rate and I will calculate your BMI. I will make custom workouts based on your goals and needs. I will increase the intensity of each workout based on a Linear Periodization approach. After each workout I will perform a Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation form of stretching to enhance range of motion.
