About Jenny

Jenny believes every client can maximize their potential with the right combination of movement and hands-on treatment.  She utilizes manual therapy and pilates-based rehabilitation to improve her client’s mobility, stability, and body awareness.

Jenny draws on 15 years of training in dance, training in classical pilates, and extensive clinical experience working as a physical therapist in outpatient clinics to create programs that address her client’s specific needs and goals.

Jenny has trained at prestigious ballet schools throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and she received her Pilates certification after completing a rigorous training program with Diane Diefenderfer, Master Teacher.

About Jon

Jon believes that every person has the potential to be healthier, stronger, and more resilient. Jon combines a hands-on manual therapy approach combined with strength and mobility training to help people improve how they move and feel. 

Jon believes in empowering clients by teaching them the tools they need to help treat themselves.

Jon has an extensive background in endurance athletics, having completed many distance running races and triathlons. Jon also has a strong background in strength and conditioning, and helps clients bridge the gap from recovering from injury all the way to improving health and performance.

Jon received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of California San Francisco / San Francisco State University. Jon then went on to completed the Kaiser Hayward Fellowship in Advanced Orthopedic Manual Therapy.  Jon has clinical experience as a physical therapist working with people of all ages recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries.
