Hi, I’m Deanna! I am a Personal Trainer with over 16 years experience. I’ve worked in variety of fitness settings from high end health clubs to private boutique studios. I also teach Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga and work as a Health Coach for a medical weight loss program. My background has allowed me to take an integrated approach and help the people I work with get results, get fit, eat better and become more balanced.

As a trainer and a coach, I will help you get to your goals, one step at a time. Based on our initial meeting and your assessment, I will develop a personalized training program and progressive approach that will get you results. Through my use of tough-love, empathy, and humor (peppered with sarcasm here and there) you’ll leave your session with a smile while moving towards your goals.
