Personal Training Classes
In this 2 person training session, you will get a lot of personalized attention which will ensure you are progressing towards your goals!
With only 2 people in the session, we will will be able to make sure that you are doing the exercises safely and correctly. Our trainers will tailor the training program based on the interests and goals of both people in the session.
We are dedicated to getting you results and making sure that your session is challenging and fun!
Some of the types of training styles that your session could include are: circuit (cardio and core), core strength (abs and back), cardio, toning, body weight exercises, stability drills, plyometric training, core work, TRX suspension training, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), compound exercises such as the squat, deadlift, bench press, pull ups and rows.

Single session rate:
1 session is $125
The price for Argenta residents is $110 per session (when a 3 month program is purchased) and it is split between 2 people. Each person will end up paying $55 per training session.

At TRAINER our team will develop a training plan that will help you gain muscle, tone up and lose weight!
We work with people at a variety of levels, from professional athletes to people just starting out with exercise. Our elite trainers have degrees in Exercise Physiology or Kinesiology and set the standard for our entire training team.
We will listen to your needs and goals and help you get there, one step at a time through behavioral coaching. Those small behavioral changes that you make on a daily and weekly basis will get you to your goals. Our team will push you, but we won't yell at you!

Our approach and what you get
Your initial session will include an extra 15-30 minutes where we will discuss your goals, eating habits, injuries and exercise background. We will conduct an assessment which will look at your posture, biomechanics as well as your range of motion. This will help us in developing your training program.
We will spend time listening to learn more about where you are currently with your overall health and fitness. This will help our trainers determine the best approach for your goals and the optimum starting point.
We will offer best-practice options for incorporating nutrition and exercise into your daily life based on our experience in working with hundreds of clients. Together we will agree what will work best for you and you'll feel confident with your next steps. We want you to get the results you want!
