"I had been extremely active my entire life until I had to have two reconstructive surgeries on my right knee. Throughout college I tried my best to keep exercising, but it was clear my legs weren't at 100%. Now I'm two years out of college and training with Anna has been one of the best decisions I've made. I'm in the best shape of my life and can confidently get back to all the activities I love. I no longer have to use the excuse "I have a bad knee". Not only is Anna extremely attentive to the fitness areas you want to focus on, she makes working out fun and motivating! Working with Anna has positively influenced so many aspects of my life beyond just fitness." - Kelly

I have dealt with injuries for a long time. I used to have a very physical job that banged me up pretty good. Anna is the first trainer to truly meet me where I am and work with what I have. A flare-up of an old back injury forced me to stop running about 6 months ago, but after working with Anna on balance and stability issues, and on postural changes, I am back to doing short runs. I feel better than I have in years. I strongly recommend Anna if you want a trainer who will invest time in you and truly teach you how to improve your health from within yourself.  - David

I thought I was aging well and in decent shape until the simple act of carrying plastic bags of groceries in each arm caused muscle strain in my neck and shoulders. Yikes! Time to consult a trainer. Anna provided a personalized program of exercises to strengthen those muscle groups and increase flexibility and balance that works for me. I appreciate her background in yoga, holistic approach and good energy – it was a perfect fit.  - Michelle
I have been training with Anna regularly for almost a year now. I am about to turn 60 and with her help, I think am probably in the best shape ever. I have been blessed with pretty good genes but in my late 50’s I was beginning to see weight gain in my stomach and I had “love handles.” I was concerned that if I didn’t start turning things around soon, my health would suffer. I am amazed how my body has changed in the past year. My posture has improved tremendously, my arms are firm, strong and look toned. I have slimmed down so that I can now wear clothes that I could not fit into last year. I get compliments from friends on how good I look and I feel great. Anna has tailored my workout to be different with each session, to keep things interesting and to work on various areas. She is always patient, positive and motivating. Although sometimes the work out is pretty demanding, she is very careful about insuring that I am conscious of how I am moving so I will not be injured. When I get tired toward the end of the workout, we focus on balance and stretching which I think is as important as building strength. With Anna’s help I look forward to upcoming big birthday and continuing to grow stronger every month.  - Andrea

I never thought that these words would actually come out from my mouth, but….I actually look forward to working out now! I started training with Anna 6 weeks ago, and in that short time my overall physical and mental health have exponentially improved and I have the added bonus of finally being able to fit into my clothes better!! Anna keeps the workouts different each time and that really keeps it fun and interesting and she really motivates me. I also need to add that she is very patient and is able to re-focus me when I think I can’t do anymore; notice I say think!!! I highly recommend Anna if you’re looking for a trainer that sincerely cares about your well being. - Risa
