Albert Pham | Certified Running Coach
My passion is with endurance events specifically running and training for marathons. I have been a long time runner and have completed 100+ road and trail races including a 50-mile ultra-marathon.
I have been a 3x ambassador for the San Francisco Marathon, and a mentor for the DetermiNation marathon training program for the American Cancer Society. I am also very active in the local running community as a race pacer for half and full marathons, and involved in several running groups in San Francisco.
A little bit more about me: I am a native of Portland, Oregon, but now live in San Francisco and work as a rocket scientist/engineer at an aerospace company locally here in the SF Bay Area. I have 5+ years of experience working in the tech industry and have been in various technical and non-technical roles. I also have experience mentoring and coaching employees, and have an interest in teaching and Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) initiatives.
As your personal trainer and coach, I will provide a friendly, personable, and also results-oriented approach. I’ll strive to make every workout fun, challenging, and gratifying. Whether you are new to an exercise routine or a seasoned marathon runner looking for a new PR, I will help guide you to meet your fitness goals.
